A hydroelectric dam on Concordia

Concordia is a tidally locked exoplanet that orbits Barnard's star. It’s very similar to Earth but has a thicker and watery atmosphere. Thus, at the beginning of the XXII century, humans built colonies there with many hydroelectric dams to process antimatter.
